Manage the maintenance and repair of the hotel buildings, grounds and contents in a cost-effective manner and ensure the efficient and safe operation of all plant and equipment. This position is concerned with assisting in the supervision of all repair and maintenance and new installations. Ensuring the safety operation in the hotel. Required Qualifications必要的资历要求：

1. At least 3 years woking experience at same position or 5 years supervisor experience above 4 stars.
