Position Summary职位概述
 To direct the activities of Housekeeping daily operation to maintain and improve high cleaning standard of guestrooms and public areas as well as courteous service to guest.

1.Work closely with the Reception to ensure correct room status at all times.

2.Supervise and control all Housekeeping operations. Assist assign and supervise the supervisors in their work and assist if required.

3.Handle, record and follow up on loan items and extra supplies to guests. Conduct monthly inventories of on-loan items, phones.
