Position Summary职位概述

Responsible directly for Executive Chef,ensure the high efficiency management of Kitchen Office.Manage administrative systems of Kitchen Department and keep all files and data.

直接对行政总厨负责,保证厨房部办公室正常及有效的管理;按照行政总厨的指示,管理厨房部的行政系统;管理厨房部办公室的档案和记录。

1.Perform secretarial services to the Executive Chef and maintain a smooth internal administration of the department.

履行厨师长秘书的工作职责和对部门内部的管理。

2.Create and maintain a proper and accessible filling system.

创建和主张一个正确的体系。

3.Maintain smooth and open communication with all outlet chefs and other departments.

维持各部门厨师长与其它部门的沟通。

4.Ensuring all incoming correspondence are forwarded to the respective chefs upon immediate receipts.

确保将接到的信息立即转达给各个厨师。

5.Handling all incoming and outgoing telephone calls for the Executive Chef.

帮助行政总厨处理所有打进和打出的电话。

6.Must focus on constant improvement of Training Manuals and SOP’s

必须对具有持续性的人员培训和标准与程序的提高和改善保持关注。

7.May be asked to participate in Daily Quality initiatives(Daily Chef Briefings,Monthly Team Meetings)in order to constantly improve the Culinary operation,meet targets and keep communication flowing.

可能需要积极主动参加每日质量会议(每日厨师晨会、团队会议),以保持厨房运营持续地提高,达到目标和保持顺畅地交流。

8.Can be asked to work for offsite admin duties.

可以被要求进行外卖管理工作。

9.Can be asked to complete tasks and jobs outside the kitchen areas.

10.Can be utilized during inventories.

可以被要求进行盘存工作。

11.Preparation of menus as per request,in timely fashion.

及时的按要求准备菜单。

12.Willingness to learn and adapt to changes

13.Having a open-minded approach to constructive feedback

用虚心的态度去接受有建设性的意见。

14.Maintain at all times a professional and positive attitude towards his colleagues,and supervisors alike,and behave in accordance to the established hotel rules and employee handbook.To ensure smooth operation of the department.

时刻保持对于同事和主管等一个专业和积极的态度,依据饭店的规则和员工手册的要求行为举止,确保部门的良好运营。

15.Coordinate,organize,follow-up and participate in all administration pertaining to the kitchen.

协调,组织,落实和参与对厨房所有相关的管理。

16.Keeps discipline and proper work practices for herself at all times.Also checks on personal hygiene and clean uniforms.Reports to the Chef on any problems to take appropriate actions.

时刻保持自己纪律性和适当的操作。并且检查个人卫生、整洁的工服操作台的整洁和卫生。向Chef汇报所有的问题并采取适当的行动。

17.Follow up on any changes in new recipes or work methods pertaining to any new menus,daily specials,and promotional activities as per instructions given by the Chef.

18.Handle all daily office matters relating to the department.

19.To ensure Banquet Event Order from Banquet/Event Sales department are correct;thereafter make copies for respective outlets.

确认宴会的菜单/与销售部门的一致,然后复印给各自的部门。

20.Weekly Labor Forecast–to collate and key in forecast figures and actual figures for all outlets.

每周的预计劳动时间-整理和确认整个部门的实际情况。

21.Monthly attendance records–to collate and key in actual figures for all outlets.

每月出勤记录-整理和确认整个部门的实际情况。

22.Organize Monthly Communication Briefing at stipulated meeting room.

在正规的会议室中组织每月的交流会。

23.To print out relevant emails relating to kitchen,training etc and disseminate to respective outlets.

打印出跟厨房有关的邮件,培训等和散发到各个部门。

24.Vouchers–casual labor,petty cash(inclusive of medical claims),taxi claim and medical certificates.

报销凭证-临时劳动,现金报销(包括医疗报销)出租车报销和医疗证明。

25.All vouchers to be approved by Executive Chef thereafter submit to the DO office for approval by Director of Operations.

所有凭证必须由行政总厨批准,然后拿给运营总监批准。

26.Collection of daily revenues and brief from the pigeon hole at GM office every morning

每日早晨收集从总经理办公室取得预算和会议摘要。

27.To ensure that all team members have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel’s Team member Rules and Regulations.

确保员工充分的理解并遵守员工手册内容。

28.The management reserves the right to change/extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her/his employment.

29.Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Specific Job Knowledge,Skill and Ability工作技能技巧要求:

1.Proficient on the operation of the Personal Computer,and be familiar with all aspects of the mailing list.

精通电脑知识,和所有邮件的格式。

2.Good command in English(verbal&written)

很好的英文掌握能力(口语和书写)。

3.Working knowledge of mathematics.

工作中数学方面的知识。

4.Knowledge of office equipment operation.

办公室设备运作的知识。

5.Ability to set priorities and to complete tasks in timely manner.

有能力按照事情的优先顺序按时完成任务。

6.Working well in stress situations,remain calm under pressure and able to desolve problems.

在压力下很好地完成工作,保持冷静解决问题。

7.Able to work in a seasonal and sometimes loud environment.

能够在不同季节和吵闹的环境工作。

8.Can convert recipes.

能够设计菜谱。

Required Qualifications必要的资历要求:

1.College Degree or Equivalent,Major in Secretary.

专科或相等的学历,主修秘书专业。

2.2-5 years as Administrator/Prior Secretarial work experience.

两至五年的管理/秘书的工作经验。

Preferred Qualifications更高的资历要求:

1.Knowledge of kitchen operation.

厨房的运行知识。

2.Knowledge of an additional language.

对额外语言的知识。

3.Knowledge in basic hygiene.

基本的卫生知识。
