负责在全酒店实施和贯彻希尔顿大中华区及蒙古食品安全手册政策以及标准,并配合协调年度食品安全审计工作。履行酒店的最高卫生标准，确保向客人及员工提供的食品无菌、无化学品并且无污染，所有的工作区域符合当地政府的卫生要求。
主要方面:
1. 个人卫生
2. 区域卫生
3. 交货和库房
4. 培训
5. 文件和控制
6. 创建和主张一个正确的体系。
7. 必须对具有持续性的人员培训和标准与程序的提高和改善保持关注。
8. 可能需要积极主动参加每日质量会议（每日厨师晨会、团队会议），以保持厨房运营持续地提高，达到目标和保持顺畅地交流。
9. 可以被要求进行外卖管理工作。
10. 可以被要求在厨房以外的地点完成工作。
11. 可以被要求进行盘存工作。
12. 及时的按要求准备菜单。
13. 积极的学习和适当的改变。
向下列人员汇报工作:
- 每月向集团餐饮总监提交食品安全管理计划检查表的总结报告（驻店经理/餐饮总监/行政总厨）。
- 每两个月向驻店经理提交食品卫生委员会会议记录（抄送驻店经理/餐饮部总监/行政总厨/工程部总监/人力资源部总监
工作技能技巧要求：
1. 熟练掌握常用办公软件。
2. 办公室设备运作的知识。
3. 有能力按照事情的优先顺序按时完成任务。
4. 在压力下很好地完成工作，保持冷静解决问题。
5. 全面的食品安全
必要的资历要求：
1. 专科或相等的学历。
2. 两年以上的相关工作经验。
国际联号工作经历：优先语言能力：中国普通话-熟练计算机能力：良好年龄要求：25-35岁
