职位概述：
1.协助员工餐厅厨师长，为员工提供健康/卫生/多种花样的食品，并根据员工提出的建议和意见，积极做好改进工作，按时完成员工餐厅菜单出品工作。
2.确保根据所设定的政策和方针，减少食品浪费。
3.烹制菜肴时，确保根据菜单和配方准备食品，以确保食品的质量达到标准。
4.在厨师长的指导下，乐于学习及制作新的菜肴。
5.紧密督导下属，并协调他们的工作，以确保经济、及时的食品制作。
6.负责监督食物的准备和制作方法、份量及食物的装饰，以确保食品是按预先的设计制作的。
7.在食物装盘及服务前，对食物进行检查。
8.按时检查员工餐厅厨房设备/设施，确保正常运作。
9.确保所有厨师在操作中使用正确的工具和遵循正确流程。
10.确保员工餐厅工作场所始终干净整洁。
11.保管部门的日志。
12.及时提交员工的事故报告。
13.当班过程中，督导和确保员工餐厅厨房的食品收货、制作、出品、存储和留样等操作都符合政府的要求和集团的标准。
14.在食品成本预算内，为全体成员提供美味可口、品类丰富的菜品，同时积极提议和落实各类美食节和员工餐厅活动。
15.协助厨师长负责员工餐厅相关营运成本和费用的控制。
工作技能技巧要求：
1.能够合理消耗所有产品和配料。
2.有能力按照事情的优先顺序按时完成任务。
3.在压力下很好地完成工作，保持冷静解决问题。
4.具备有与本职位相配的中西餐烹饪知识，高效率，高质量完成本职工作。
