工作职责：
1. 负责厨房的日常运营管理工作，确保厨房作业流程顺畅，高效完成菜品制作任务。
2. 监督并指导厨房员工的工作，包括食材准备、烹饪过程、菜品摆盘等，确保菜品质量符合标准。
3. 制定并执行厨房的卫生和安全规范，定期检查厨房设备、工具及环境，确保食品安全与卫生。
4. 负责食材的采购计划与管理，合理控制成本，避免浪费，同时保证食材的新鲜与质量。
5. 协调与其他部门（如餐厅服务、采购等）的沟通与合作，确保顾客用餐体验顺畅。
6. 定期组织厨房员工培训，提升团队技能水平和服务意识，促进团队和谐与发展。
7. 参与菜单设计与更新，根据季节变化和顾客反馈，调整菜品结构，提升顾客满意度。
任职资格：
1. 不限学历，但需具备丰富的厨房工作经验，特别是具有3年以上厨房管理或领班经验。
2. 熟悉各类菜系的烹饪技巧和流程，对食材有深入的了解，能够把控菜品质量。
3. 具备良好的组织协调能力和团队管理能力，能有效指导并激励团队成员。
4. 拥有强烈的食品安全和卫生意识，能够严格执行相关规范，确保厨房运营安全。
5. 具备良好的成本控制意识和采购管理能力，能够有效管理厨房预算。
6. 优秀的沟通能力和服务意识，能够与顾客、员工及其他部门有效沟通，提升整体服务质量。
7. 能够适应快节奏的工作环境，具备良好的应变能力和解决问题的能力。
