工作职责：
1. 负责制定和完善公司消防安全管理制度及应急预案，确保符合国家消防法律法规要求。
2. 组织开展日常消防安全检查，及时发现并消除火灾隐患，确保办公场所、生产区域等各类设施的消防安全。
3. 定期组织消防演练和员工消防安全培训，提升全员消防安全意识与应急处置能力。
4. 监督消防设备设施的维护保养情况，确保灭火器、消火栓、自动报警系统等设备处于良好运行状态。
5. 协调配合政府消防主管部门的监督检查工作，落实整改意见，并及时上报重大安全隐患。
6. 在发生火情时，协助组织应急响应和现场处置，事后进行事故分析并提出改进措施。
任职资格：
1. 高中及以上学历，具备3年以上消防安全管理相关工作经验。
2. 熟悉《中华人民共和国消防法》及相关安全法规标准，具备较强的消防安全管理能力。
3. 持有消防设施操作员证或注册消防工程师资格证书者优先考虑。
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力和突发事件应对能力，能够独立开展消防培训与演练。
5. 工作责任心强，具有较强的安全意识和团队协作精神。
