工作职责：
1. 协助厨师长统筹厨房日常运营，包括菜品研发、标准制定、成本控制及食品安全管理；
2. 负责后厨团队的排班调度、技能培训与工作指导，确保各岗位高效协作；
3. 监督食材验收、储存及加工全过程，严格执行国家食品安全法律法规及企业操作规范；
4. 参与菜单设计与季节性菜品更新，保障出品质量稳定并符合顾客需求；
5. 配合完成内部稽查、外部监管部门检查及相关整改工作。
任职资格：
1. 具有3年及以上餐饮行业后厨管理经验，其中至少1年担任主厨或副厨师长相关岗位；
2. 持有中等职业技术学校（中专/技校/职高）及以上学历，专业方向为烹饪工艺、餐饮管理等相关领域；
3. 持有有效健康证明及相应等级的中式烹调师职业资格证书（中级及以上）；
4. 熟悉食品安全法、餐饮服务食品安全操作规范等法律法规，具备较强的现场管理与应急处置能力；
5. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队领导意识及持续学习意愿，无违法违纪记录。
