工作职责：
1. 负责日常中餐热菜、冷菜或面点（根据实际岗位方向）的制作与出品，确保菜品质量、口味及卫生标准符合食品安全规范；
2. 参与厨房日常备料、食材验收、库存管理及后厨清洁消毒工作，落实食品安全与操作安全要求；
3. 配合厨师长完成菜单研发、成本控制、标准化流程执行及团队协作任务。
任职资格：
1. 具备中技（中专/技工学校/职业高中）及以上学历，所学专业为烹饪、餐饮服务等相关方向；
2. 持有有效的《食品从业人员健康证明》，具备1年及以上餐饮后厨实操经验；
3. 熟练掌握基础刀工、火候控制及常见中式烹调技法，能独立完成常规菜品制作；
4. 遵守食品安全法律法规，具备良好的职业素养、责任心与团队协作意识；
5. 年龄、性别、民族、宗教信仰、婚育状况、户籍等均不作为录用限制条件，符合国家关于平等就业及反歧视的法律规定。
