工作职责：
1. 制定并执行所负责区域或行业的销售策略与年度销售计划，达成公司下达的业绩目标；
2. 开拓新客户资源，维护现有客户关系，提升客户满意度与复购率；
3. 组织并带领销售团队开展市场调研、商机挖掘、方案推介、商务谈判及合同落地全流程工作；
4. 定期分析销售数据与市场动态，及时反馈业务问题并提出优化建议；
5. 协同产品、运营、交付等部门，保障项目顺利实施与客户成功。
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、经济类等相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年及以上B2B销售或团队管理经验，有行业客户资源者优先；
3. 熟悉销售全流程管理，具备较强的市场洞察力、客户沟通能力及商务谈判能力；
4. 具备基础数据分析能力，能熟练使用Office办公软件；
5. 具备良好的职业道德与合规意识，认同公司价值观，无违法违纪记录。
