工作职责：
1. 负责衣物、布草的分类、清点、分拣及预处理，确保按材质、颜色、污渍类型合理区分；
2. 会操作洗衣机、烘干机、熨烫设备等洗衣房基础设备，执行洗涤、脱水、烘干、熨烫、折叠等标准化作业流程；
3. 保持工作区域整洁有序，定期清洁设备及操作台面，落实安全操作规范与卫生管理要求；
4. 配合完成布草收发登记、库存盘点及损耗记录，确保账实相符；
5. 按照服务标准及时交付洁净、平整、无破损的衣物及布草，响应内部部门或客户相关需求。
任职资格：
1. 最好具备1年以上酒店或洗衣服务机构同类岗位工作经验，熟悉布草洗涤全流程；
2. 初中及以上学历，具备基本读写能力与简单数字运算能力，能准确填写交接单据及操作记录；
3. 动手能力强，能适应站立作业及一定体力劳动，具备良好的服务意识与责任心；
4. 掌握常见织物特性及基础去渍方法，了解洗涤剂、消毒剂的安全使用规范；
5. 无传染性疾病，身体健康，能提供有效健康证明。
