工作职责：
1. 全面负责宴会厨房的日常运营管理，包括菜单设计、菜品研发、成本控制及出品质量把控；
2. 统筹大型宴会、婚宴、会议餐等专项餐饮活动的烹饪执行与现场协调，确保服务流程顺畅、出品标准统一；
3. 制定并落实厨房各岗位工作规范、操作流程及食品安全管理制度，监督执行情况，保障食品卫生与操作安全；
4. 负责厨师团队的排班管理、技能培训与绩效指导，提升团队专业能力与协作效率；
5. 配合采购部门完成食材验收、库存管理及损耗控制，优化原料使用效率与成本结构。
任职资格：
1. 高中及以上学历，烹饪相关专业优先；
2. 具备5年以上星级酒店或高端餐饮企业厨房工作经验，其中至少1年担任宴会厨房主厨岗位；
3. 精通中餐热菜制作，熟悉宴会菜系的工艺标准与呈现要求，具备独立设计宴会菜单能力；
4. 熟练掌握厨房设备操作、食品安全规范及成本核算方法；
5. 具备良好的团队管理能力、跨部门协作意识及突发状况应对经验，能适应高强度、多时段的宴会作业节奏。
