工作职责：
1. 负责管事部日常运营协调，包括餐具、厨具、布草等物资的清洗、消毒、保管与分发管理；
2. 协同厨房、餐厅等部门完成开餐前准备、收档及现场支援工作，保障服务流程顺畅高效；
3. 定期盘点管事部物料库存，及时申报补充需求，控制损耗率，保障物资合理使用；
4. 参与部门质量检查与整改落实，协助完成食品安全、消防安全等相关培训与执行。
任职资格：
1. 初中及以上学历，最好具备2年及以上星级酒店或中大型餐饮企业管事部（或后厨支持岗）工作经验；
2. 熟悉餐具清洗消毒标准、布草管理流程及基础仓储管理要求，掌握常用清洁设备操作与日常维护要点；
3. 具备良好的组织协调能力与团队管理意识，能独立安排班次任务并指导一线员工规范作业；
4. 责任心强，注重细节，具备基本的食品安全与卫生安全常识，无不良职业记录；
5. 身体健康，能适应轮班及站立作业环境，具备基础沟通能力与执行力。
