• 在工作时间内清扫酒店制定标准工作量，确保所有客房达到希尔顿酒店制订的政策。
• 确保所分配的区域的高度清洁。
• 确保所服务客人的隐私被保护。
• 尽可能地为客人提供帮助,响应客人的要求。
• 按照程序和标准打扫和补给客房。
• 随时保证万能钥匙的安全。
• 保持手推车的整洁和充分的补给。
• 维持所有的装备处于良好的工作状态。
• 保持布草房的整洁和井井有条。
• 向楼层主管汇报任何布草、家具、固定物或装置的丢失或损坏，及地毯大理石的养护状况
• 随时为客人提供专业的高质量的服务。
• 严格依照失物招领程序处理客人遗留物品。
• 采取合适的行动解决客人的抱怨。
• 维持对产品和服务的高度了解以便于向客人解释和销售服务和设施。
