工作职责：
1. 协助管理前台日常运营工作，包括接待、登记、问询、电话转接、访客引导及宾客投诉初步处理等；
2. 负责前台团队排班、业务培训与绩效辅导，确保服务标准统一、响应及时、流程规范；
3. 监督并优化前台服务流程，协同客房、礼宾、销售等部门提升客户入住体验与满意度；
4. 定期汇总分析前台运营数据（如客诉类型、高峰时段、常见咨询问题），提出改进建议并推动落地；
5. 协助完成酒店日常行政事务支持，包括单据审核、物资申领、系统数据录入与维护等。
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理、工商管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备2年以上四星级及以上酒店或中高端服务场所前台主管/领班工作经验，熟悉前厅部各岗位操作流程及PMS系统（如Opera等）；
3. 具备良好的服务意识、沟通协调能力与团队管理经验，能独立处理突发状况及客户异议；
4. 普通话标准流利，具备基础英语听说能力，可应对外籍宾客常规沟通需求；
5. 形象端正，举止得体，具备较强的责任心、执行力与抗压能力。
