工作职责：
1. 负责意大利餐厅顾客接待、菜单介绍、点餐服务及餐中巡台，提供专业、友好的意式餐饮服务；
2. 熟悉意大利菜系基础知识（如经典菜品、常用食材、葡萄酒搭配常识），能向顾客进行简明得体的推荐与说明；
3. 准确传递订单至厨房，协调出餐节奏，确保上菜顺序、温度与摆盘符合餐厅标准；
4. 维护用餐区域整洁与餐具规范摆放，及时响应顾客需求，妥善处理服务中出现的常规问题；
5. 参与餐前准备、餐后收尾及日常清洁工作，严格遵守食品安全、卫生及操作流程要求。
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、餐饮服务等相关专业优先；
2. 具备良好的语言表达能力与亲和力，普通话标准，具备基础英语沟通能力者优先；
3. 对西餐文化及服务礼仪有一定了解，有高端餐饮或西餐厅实习/工作经验者优先；
4. 具备较强的学习能力与责任心，能适应早晚轮班及节假日工作安排；
5. 身体健康，无传染性疾病，持有有效健康证明。
