工作职责：
1. 全面负责中餐厅的日常运营管理，包括服务流程优化、客户满意度提升及团队绩效管理。
2. 制定并执行月度运营计划，监控成本支出与库存周转，确保餐厅盈利目标达成。
3. 监督食品安全与卫生标准执行，定期组织员工培训，提升服务质量和操作规范。
4. 处理客户投诉及突发事件，维护餐厅品牌形象与客户关系。
5. 协调与其他部门合作，推动营销活动实施，提升餐厅市场竞争力。
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业背景。
2. 拥有3年以上中餐厅管理经验，熟悉中餐服务流程及运营模式。
3. 具备扎实的餐饮成本控制、库存管理和人员调度能力。
4. 持有有效的健康证明，熟悉国家食品安全法规。
5. 优秀的沟通协调能力、团队领导力及问题解决能力，能适应快节奏工作环境。
6. 熟练使用办公软件进行数据分析和报告撰写。
