Position Summary职位概述


To manage and coordinate all events that will take place,ensuring that all functions are successfully executed,ensuring maximum guest and employee satisfaction consistent with Hilton Standards,through planning,organizing,directing,training and liaising with the Food&Beverage operation and administration.To organize unique events,making the location an exciting entertainment venue and a successful profit centre.

根据希尔顿标准管理和协调所有活动,确保所有活动成功执行,确保客户和员工达到最大满意度,通过计划,组织,指导,培训和餐饮管理,组织独特的活动,使活动更有意义而且成功的达到利润指标。


1.To ensure that all the events are managed efficiently according to the established business,budget and marketing plan,following Hilton Hotel SOP.

根据希尔顿标准执行程序建立商业,预算,市场计划以确保所有活动都成功有效地执行。

2.To plan,organize and promote unique events and milestones together with outlet manager.

与餐厅经理一起策划,组织,推动独特的活动和重大事项。

3.To be courteous,professional,efficient and to use flexible selling skills in getting business partners on board.

要礼貌,专业,高效,使用灵活的销售技巧去取得业务伙伴。

4.To ensure Event Orders are carried out accurately

确保项目准确无误的执行。

5.To coordinate events and any artistic performances with outlet managers to ensure operational readiness,efficiency in resource utilization,and prompt delivery of services.

与经理协调所有活动和工作情况确保执行有效,及时迅速的提供服务。

6.To have a full working knowledge and capability to perform,supervise,train,correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work in accordance to the Events Operational Manual.Please note that Master Task Lists are reviewed and changed on a regular bases reflecting change in trends,guest expectations and operating philosophies.

拥有完备的工作知识和业务能力,可以根据宴会运营手册来执行,监督,培训,改正,展示所有职责和任务。执行任务表必须定期进行审查,并反映变化趋势,客人的期望和经营理念。

7.To implement a flexible staff work schedule based on business patterns.

根据经营的模式安排灵活的员工工作安排表。

8.To be constantly involved in the operation and to be present during all events.

必须出席所有会务活动安排。

9.To ensure an accurate Entertainment and Events Schedule is kept and discuss it with Director of Sales on a weekly basis.

每周与销售总监讨论并决定正确的活动和项目安排。

10.To handle artists enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner ensuring their interaction with customers concur with Hilton Standards,also ensuring that the event/entertainment does not interfere with a smooth Food&Beverage operation.

礼貌高效地处理客人的查询,确保与客户的交流符合希尔顿标准,同时确保宴会的活动不会影响正常的餐饮操作流程。

11.To arrange the entire necessary requirement for the artists,in accordance with contract,including but not limited to,accommodation,transportation,audio requirements,meals etc.

为客人安排全部必要的要求,包括但不限于,住宿,交通,音频要求,膳食等。

12.To maintain an accurate client and artist database.

维持客户数据库的准确性。

13.To utilize leadership and motivational skills to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction.

利用领导能力和主动性最大化员工的工作效率和满意度。

14.To participate in the formulation of the Annual Event Budget in determining outlet projected revenues and expenses,operating equipment and Furniture Fixtures&Equipment(FF&E)requirements in line with the compilation of the Annual Business Plan.

参加年度的宴会预算规划以决定项目收入和花费支出,执行家具装置及设备需求,并与年度的商业策划一致。

15.To ensure that the monthly forecasted revenue figures are achieved.

确保每月达到预算收入。

16.To strictly adhere to the established operating expenses and ensure that all costs are controlled.

严格执行公司设定的开销,并控制成本。

17.To ensure an effective payroll control through a flexible work force.Maximize utilization of employees and maintain close cooperation with other outlets.

通过灵活的工作安排确保高效的薪酬制度。最大化的利用员工潜能,并与其他部门保持紧密的合作。

18.To implement sales and marketing promotions and to take action to increase sales.

完成所有的销售和市场计划,增加提高销售额。

19.To identify and correct any operational errors.

识别并修改任何执行错误。

•To be visible on the floor during time of event.

在举办活动时需要安放指示牌。

•To work pro-actively to minimize complaints from guests.

积极主动的工作以最小化客户投诉。

•To monitor and ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction by providing quality client and guest service and products within corporate standards.

在公司的标准下,监测和确保提供最优质的服务和产品使其客户达到最高的满意度。

•To establish and maintain a good customer relationship with clients.

与客户建立良好的关系。

•To follow-up with clients and guests after an event to determine satisfaction;measure these results and establish strategies to improve the quality of the guest experience.

•To seek actively to greet clients and guests upon arrival and departure,and ensure that they receive prompt,courteous and efficient service.

要积极争取在客户到达、离开时问候客户,并确保他们获得及时,周到,高效的服务。

•To look for creative ways to promote and execute strong guest relations activities and procedures with regular and VIP guests.

为普通客户和重要客户寻找有创造性的方式来促进和执行客户关系活动和程序。

•To ensure guests receive efficient,knowledgeable and courteous service,and high quality products and service.

保证客人获得高效率,知识和礼貌的服务和高品质的产品。

20.To ensure readiness and compliance in case of last minute changes to Event Order.

随时准备接受宴会通知单在最后一刻的改变。

21.To ensure that all employees establish a good customer relationship with guests.

确保所有员工与客人建立良好的客户关系。

22.To empower staff to handle all guest requests and inquiries on food,beverage and service.

给予员工授权解决所有客户关于餐饮和服务的要求和咨询。

Occasional Duties

23.To assist DBD to evaluate potential customers and partners,ensuring the sales call schedule is carried out.

协助商务发展总监评估潜在的客户和伙伴,并确保销售电话日程表被执行。

24.To assist DBD to negotiate agreements with entertainment agencies and suppliers to ensure lowest cost at highest quality of service.

25.To conduct periodic and annual inventory of equipment and recommend replacement of equipment as required.

指导定期的和年度的设备清单并推荐需要替换的设备。

26.To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

27.To plan the weekly working schedule to ensure that the department is always adequately staffed to handle the level of business.

28.To keep the entertainment&events schedule up-to-date,and ensure all management staff is informed properly.

保持招待和活动表更新并确保所有的管理层都适当的了解。

29.To maintain the Daily Log Book.

保存好每天的记录手册。

30.To submit all guest/staff and events incident reports.

提交所有关于客户或员工与活动的事件报告。

31.To provide the Purchasing Department on time with detailed Product and Purchase Specifications for items needed.

及时的向采购部门提供需要采购的项目。

32.To submit to Business Development Department the following:Monthly Department Report,Holiday Review,Monthly Objective Review,Trainer’s Report and Entertainment Event Report.

向商务发展部门提交每月的部门报告,假期及每月的审查报告,培训报告和招待活动报告。
