职位描述

Maintains a cooperative,team-like attitude in working with Managers/Supervisors/Coordinators and other hotel Associates(both within the Department and in other hotel Departments),to help achieve common goals of maximizing Guest Satisfaction and profit margins.Maintains constant communication with Event Manager,as well as other Managers in the Department and throughout the hotel as necessary

1.Be able to coordinate,direct,communicate,and service event needs to align with hotel objectives,with direction and assistance from the Event Manager as needed ornecessary.
能够直接进行协调,沟通,服务举行的活动,有必要时可以通过会务经理的指导或协助。
2.Personally inspect all meeting rooms to ensure that set-up and A.V.equipment requirements are present and set as specified on Resume,Cover Sheet,or BEO.

3.Have good working knowledge of Event and Catering documents and the Diary.

4.Have good working knowledge of all Departments within the hotel,and the ability to articulate room type/location and all hotel outlet locations

5.Help assure proper meeting room area sanitation and set-up styles via daily,weekly,and monthly inspections.

6.Maintain and communicate accurate group requirements for all outlets

7.Attend and actively participate in Department Meetings,as well as meetings with other hotel staff as needed and necessary.

8.Complete timely rooming list changes whenever necessary.

9.Follow all safety awareness procedures as outlined in theHilton Job Safety Analysis and/or Local Safety Standard Operating Procedures.

10.Complete after-Event Reports thoroughly and in a timely manner(within 1 week of group departure)to ensure accurate history is maintained on groups for future reference.

11.Review group arrival and departure needs and relay information to appropriate Departments.

12.Help facilitate and when necessary organize,type,and/or distribute Resumes,Cover Sheets,and BEOs.All documents are to be issued 10 days–2 weeks prior to a group’s arrival.Any and all revisions after issue are to be communicated in a timely manner in writing whenever possible,and verbally when necessary to all affected Departments.

1.Fluent in speaking and writing English and Chinese.
同时具备英语和汉语流利的口语和写作
2.Proficient in Microsoft Office software:Word and Excel
