• Contributes to the development of service offers, by providing regular feedback to brand level

Skills & Experience
• Degree to Masters or equivalent,Vocational degree, Diploma or higher studies in quality, Vocational Masters or Engineering school 
硕士毕业或相关学历(质量,职业教练或工科学校)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Hospitality-Food & Beverage, or Leisure and Tourism, or Health sectors
至少5年酒店餐饮,或旅游和旅行社,卫生部门
• Fluent in English + the national language 
英文流利和本国语言
• Knowledge of quality certification processes
 质量认证知识
• Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment
