1.  To be responsible for staffrecruitment to meet the operation needs, including releasing information,sourcing candidates and conduct primary interview.

2. To be responsible for the managementof staff canteen, locker room etc to ensure they are well operated andmaintained.

4. Keep contact and maintain goodrelationship with relevant schools and talent agencies to source comparativelyqualified trainees

5. Handling all matters of foreign Interns hiring.
处理聘用外籍实习生的事宜。
6. Organize annual staff party, assist in organization of staff activity suchas staff birthday party etc.
组织员工联欢会、协助组织生日聚会等员工活动。
7. Handle employeecomplain and dispute case. Investigates the discipline case if needs andconsults with HODs on appropriate action.
处理员工投诉和纠纷，如有需要，调查员工的违纪事件，与部门经理商讨合适的处理方法，提出处理建议。
8. Conduct exitinterview for Supervisor and below employees and summarized information.
主管级及以下员工的离职面谈及情况汇总。
9. Assist TrainingManager with New Staff Orientation, and conduct the concerned course.
协助培训经理搞好新员工的入职培训，并上有关的课程。
10. Complete monthlyreport related to personnel timely and correctly.
正确准时完成人事方面的报表。
