Provide a consistent room and bathroom product andservice adjacent areas that meets the hotel’s standards for cleanliness andpresentation and offering high quality service.  
负责客房、浴室和相关区域的产品能符合酒店的清洁和规定标准及为客人提供高质量服务。
Responsible for thecleanliness in floor public area and the tidiness of pantry.
负责楼层公共区域和工作间的卫生。
Abide by Supervisorinstruction and make up the urgent guestroom.
服从主管的指示，先整理紧急的房间。
Clean guestroom in thefollowing order: early guests request, occupied room with make-up sign, arrivalguestrooms, occupied rooms, check out rooms.
按以下顺序打扫房间：清早客人有要求的，住房有打扫房间标志的及已经预定了退房，住房，退房。
Everyday check in inadvance 15minutes and check out after 15minutes, then know assignment and takework report and keys.
每天应提前十五分钟到部门签到和推后十五分钟签退，然后领取各自区域的报表及钥匙。
To inspect if there isdamaged equipment or Lost & Found and report to Housekeeping office intime.
及时检查如有设备损坏，或有遗留和丢失物品应及时报到客房部办公室。
To fill in RoomAttendant work report form as required.
按照要求填写客房服务人才作报告。
Tidy up and filled thepantry and trolly.
下班前整理并补充好工作间和工作车物品及易耗品。
Ensure the veracity ofthe matters that will be handed down to the next shift.
交接给下一班人才的事情要保证其准确性。
Switch off all lights inpantry, lock the door, hand in work form to Supervisor ，and return the keys to office.
关工作间所有的灯，锁门，将工作报表交至主管处,并将钥匙归还到办公室。
Discover and collect guest preferences.
发现并收集客人喜好。
To offer the service of polishing shoes andreceiving guests’ laundry.
为客人提供擦鞋和收洗衣服务。
Keeping appearance ingood condition and pay attention to oneself behavior and keep smile towardguests.
