·        Assist in drawingup the marketing plan annually with the Director of Sales and Marketing.
协助市场销售总监制定年度市场计划。
·        Produce a demandforecast weekly; deploy transient/group inventory restrictions and pricingstrategies, designed to maximize revenue from a rate and occupancy perspective.
准备每周预测报表， 调整各市场分额的房间分配和价格策略， 通过价格和住房率分析将收入最大化。
·        Ensure that thehotel has the optimal mix to maximize revenues and profitability.
确保酒店各市场分类最佳搭配，最大限度提高收益及利润率。
·        Ensure optimalpricing for all market segments, specifically focusing on Corporate, Groups andretail.
确保所有细分市场的最优定价，特别是针对公司客户，团队客户及散客。
·        Implement pricingas per Accor’ pricing policies.
按雅高集团的要求制定价格体系。
·        Ensure that pricing decisions are appropriately folded into thedistribution channel strategies of the hotel, specifically for brand websites,third parties and GDS.
确保价格体系按照集团要求体现在相关销售渠道，包括集团网站，第三方和全球预定系统。
·        Consult with Sales peoples on rate/inventory suitability of allpotential group business.
与销售人员协商所有团队的价格和房间数量。
·        Oversee the management of group block activity. Ensure that groupcut-off dates, rooming lists, group block activity (i.e., pick up, attrition)are being well managed.
监督团队预定情况，确保团队预定的截止时间、分房清单、控制团队房间预定（确认取消及减少情况），从而确保对其良好的管控。
·        Drive the revenue strategy meetings in accordance.

·        Pro-actively identify and analyze business opportunities from a netprofit standpoint and make the appropriate business decisions and advice theDirector of Sales & Marketing and General Manager / Resident Manager e.g.comparing wedding business with a business meeting with rooms.

·        Monitor to maintain consistency with property level inventory strategiesand align with best available rate pricing philosophy.

·        Analyze channel performance both, Accor channels (brand website, GDS)and third parties.

·        Mentor, coach and supervise Reservation Manager.

·        Reporting on key strategic issues such as channel performance, ROI ofpromotions etc and ensuring that data entry and output is “clean” in allrelevant Accor systems.

·        Prepare competitor set analyze reports daily (Average rate, occupancy,RevPar, Market Share, RPI).

·        Responsible for all relative Revenue, forecast and analyze reports.
负责所有相关收入、预测和分析的报告。

·        College degree or above.
大专或以上学历
·        5 years or above experience in revenue management esp. in the area ofrecruitment at 4 or 5 star international hotels
五年或以上4星或5星国际品牌酒店收益管理的经验
·        Fluent oral and written English.
有良好的英语能力
·        With capability of communication and coordination

·        Work honestly with strong responsibility, fairly handle matters
