Primary Responsibilities主要职责To meet, greet and bid farewell to all guest with a warm, friendly     and genuine smile.

·        Possess knowledge about all aspect and thefacility to ensure guests are provided with accurate information, and inquiries are respondedto with complete details.
掌握设施各方面的知识信息，以确保为客人提供信息，及完整详细地回应客人询问。
·        Maintains cleanliness of all types of equipment,common areas, and service areas; ensuring the facility in peak sanitarycondition at all times.
保持所有类型的设备、公共区域和服务区域的清洁;确保设施在任何时候都处于良好卫生状态。
·        Ensures sufficient stock of items in all serviceareas including towels, water, beverages, magazines, newspapers, cleanheadsets, and amenities.
确保所有服务区域有充足的库存物品，包括毛巾、水、饮料、杂志、报纸、清洁耳机和便利设施。
·        Maintains smooth operation of all equipment throughperiodic service checks, lubing, and reporting work orders promptly
通过定期的服务检查和及时汇报工作订单，保持所有设备良好运行。
·        Maintains current CPR, First Aid certifications,attends health & safety courses
维护现有的CPR，急救证书，参加健康和安全课程。
·        Administers health history, questionnaires,fitness-wellness evaluations of members and clients.
管理健康史、问卷调查、会员和客户的健康状况评估。
·        Maintains accurate records, as well as tracking, ofall personal training clients, with a special emphasis on proper procedure andprotocol.
对所有单个的培训客户要保持准确的记录和跟踪，有一份特别的侧重点在正确的程序和协议上。
·        Assists members/ guests with use of the sauna,steam, whirlpool, etc.
在使用桑拿、蒸汽、漩涡等方面协助团队或客人。
·        Thoroughly understands and adheres to propercredit, and cash-handling policies and procedures.
完全掌握并遵守正确的信贷和现金处理政策、流程。
 
To clean the headset is clean and the headset sponge is being     change after every guest use.
在客人使用完毕后，清洁耳机及替换耳机上的海绵套。
·        Check the water quality of the swimming poolregularly every day and record it.
每日定时检查泳池水质并书面记录。.
·        To attend to all malfunctioning equipment andfollow ups.  Issue work order formaintenance issues.
注意出故障的设备并跟进其维修事宜。
 
Good     command of rescue equipment and rescue skills. Master first aid skills and     emergency medical procedures.
熟练运用救生器材和救生技巧，掌握急救技巧和紧急医疗程序。
·        Before the emergency medical service ready to careand simple disposal.
在紧急医疗服务之前做好护理和简单处置的准备。
·        Follows Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
遵循职业健康和安全条例。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·        Must have the nationaloccupational qualification certification swimming life-saving certificate
必须持有国家职业资格认证的游泳救生证
 
At     least 1-year experience in 5-star international hotel, be comfortable     communicating with others
至少一年国际五星级酒店工作经验，拥有很好的沟通能力
·        Ability to operates the swim pool equipment,Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busyperiod
熟练掌握使用泳池设备，面对大量工作时，能承受工作压力，能处理紧急情况
·        Ability to operate the gym and swimequipment, Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situationsduring busy period
熟练掌握使用健身及游泳设备，面对大量工作时，能承受工作压力，能处理紧急情况
·        Comprehensive knowledge in instructing and leading exercisein an adult fitness， setting using properform and spotting techniques
拥有健身指导全面知识，设定操作的正确方式和注意事项
