Primary Responsibilities主要职责
Responsible for the Chinese restaurant, the implementation of the various periods of work task.
    负责中餐厅，落实各个时期的工作任务。
To establish Chinese restaurant service specification and working system and ensure the implementation.
    制定中餐厅服务工作规范及工作制度并确保实施。
Assist f&b manager to establish the catering marketing plan and strategy.
    协助餐饮部经理制定各项餐饮推销计划与策略。
Supervise employees in accordance with the standards of customer service, the employees performance evaluation, implement the system of rewards and punishments.
    监督员工按照规范标准对客服务，对员工进行绩效评估，实施奖惩制度。
Handle guest complaints, and constantly improve the quality of service.
    处理宾客的投诉，不断改善服务质量。
Pay special attention to the equipment maintenance, strict material management system, completes the restaurant safety and fire prevention work.
    抓好设备设施的维修保养，严格物资管理制度，做好餐厅安全和防火工作。
According to the different season, customers provide Suggestions for special menu for the kitchen.
    根据季节差异、客源情况为厨房制定特色菜单提供建议。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
College degree or above, 5 years working experience in brand hotel. Or high-end Chinese restaurant, or similar position working experience for the same position more than 2 years.
    专科以上学历，5年以上品牌酒店或中餐厅工作经验，2年以上同岗位或类似岗位工作经验。  
Warm and friendly, helpful, positive, serious and responsible.
    热情友好，乐于助人，积极主动，认真负责。
Proficient in Chinese business knowledge, mastering the skills of Chinese food.
    精通中餐的业务知识，熟练掌握中餐的技能技巧。
Has the strong ability of social activities, organization and leadership ability to work and practical work ability; Good at mobilizing the enthusiasm of Chinese food department management personnel at all levels.
    具有较强的社会活动能力、组织领导工作能力和实际工作能力；善于调动中餐部各级管理人员的积极性。
