·Establish strong cooperative and business partner relationship with the local client through communications.
·Assist DOSM to develop marketing plan and budget.
·Manage Event department to carry out the daily task effectively. Coordinate every department in order to provide high standard service to clients.
·Make catering and banquet sales plan with DOSM and Director of F&B.
·Assist hotel to develop and promote new product and service
·Assist hotel to make market strategies.
·Consider external economic environment when making plans.
·Manage financial and budget report as well as making pricing strategies.
·Ensure to achieve business goals through making revenue and expense balance.
·Negotiate with client to satisfy consumer’s need as well as achieve profit of the hotel.
·To carry out any other sessions duties and responsibilities of assigned.
