SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务 :
1. Function as primary support to the Human Resources Manager including activities in employment, benefits, payroll, associates relations, wages and salary administration, worker’s compensation.
在聘用、福利、员工关系、工资及收入管理方面支持人力资源 经理。
2. To check the attendance record monthly and provide the information regarding Attendance Record to DHR for reference to maintain a good situation of Attendance Record and improve any areas needed to be improved.
每月检查员工出勤表。将员工出勤中存在的问题汇总给人力资源总监以保持良好的出勤情况、同时将问题汇总以改进应改进的问题。
3. To check Annual Leave for all associates and make a record of Annual Leave for all associates, and maintain the summary of it so as to provide the information to DHR monthly or anytime needed.
检查及更新记录所有员工年假情况,每月或随时提供年假记录给人力资源总监。
4. To check all the compensation leave and update the situation based on the Leave Application, and make a summary for all the Compensation Leave for all associates in the hotel so that information can be provided to DHR any time.
检查及更新所有员工的假期积累及补休情况,以便随时为人力资源总监提供假期补休信息。
5. Follow up with all the Visa Application for all REP associates in the hotel, make sure every of the REP associates’ employment is legal and updated in time.
负责酒店所有外籍员工的工作签证申请,确保每一位外籍员工的工作录用符合国家法律,同时及时更新所有工作签证。
6. To administer IPAF for all REP associates’ movement eg. New hires, resignation, promotion, transfer, dismissal, etc.
跟进外籍员工人事变动表的进度,如新聘用、离职、升职、内部调职及开除等。
7. To administer the Human Resources System with all the data base management and coordinate with Finance Department on the payroll-related matters.
管理人力资源系统数据库,与财务部协调工资事宜。
8. Assist DHR for the Dormitory checking and management, make sure the daily report is submitted and all the problems in Dormitory is solved in time.
协助人力资源总监管理员工宿舍, 确保员工宿舍每日报告及时提交,同时确保所有问题及时解决。
9. Assist the DHR/HRM to develop and implement the hotel’s business plan.
协助人力资源总监或人力资源经理建立和执行酒店的计划。
10. To organize Annual Associates Party and different types of sports and recreation program for hotel associates to achieve total associates satisfaction.
组织年度员工晚会及其他运动娱乐活动,以实现员工整体满意。
11. Ensure compliance and fair application of corporate, legal and hotel human resources policies and procedures.
保证执行公司、法律及酒店的政策和程序。
12. To assist in conducting employee orientation and hotel tour for all new hired associates and ongoing programs to foster positive attitude to company goals.
协助员工入职培训、参观酒店及其他培训课程的推广,以加强积极的公司目标。
13. To be responsible for the administration of all the insurance schemes for hotel associates as required by the government when the personnel manager is on leave.
根据政府要求,在人事经理休假期间负责管理员工保险相关事宜。
14. Prepare HR monthly staffing and turnover report.
准备月度人事报表和流动率报表。
15. Coordinate activities relating to students trainees such as handling monthly payment, trainee evaluation and organize regular meeting.
协调实习生的工作,如每月津贴发放、评估和定期组织会议。
16. Inspect all heart of the house areas to ensure the compliance of the hotel’s standard requirement.
检查酒店后区以确保酒店标准的执行。
17. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
根据公司政策和程序,及时高效完成各项工作。
18. Assist HRD for the setting up, organization and other activities of Union.
协助人力资源总监建立、组织酒店工会以及其他活动的进行。
19. Maintain a favourable working relationship with all associates to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
与所有员工保持积极的工作关系,以建立和提高团队合作和和谐。
