协助发展，维持及更新部门营运编制，反映出组织内的政策与程序，工作流程及表现标准。确保编制的回顾以反映出准确的变更。
Assist with the development and maintenance of a detailed Department Operations Manual that reflects Policies & Procedures, work processes and standards of performance within the Division. Ensure annual review to accurately reflect any changes.
协助准备餐饮的年度计划，确保部门目标能完全与酒店目标一致并满足员工需要。 
Assists with the preparation of the annual Food and Beverage Business Plan, ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the Hotel and needs of employees. 
与行政总厨紧密合作，准备及定期更新餐饮预算，确保达到预期目标及有效控制成本。
Assists with the preparation and regular update of the Food & Beverage Departmental Budget, in close cooperation with the Executive Chef, ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.
确保厨房的各项活动与酒店的战略保持一致，同时充分落实酒店的指示。
Ensure that culinary activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
协助监督和更新饼房的工作手册。
Assist in overseeing the preparation and update of the Pastry Departmental Operations Manual.
组织部门的例会，保证酒店内部信息的有效沟通。
Conducts regular communications meetings and ensures that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
