Assists in preparing and controlling weekly requisitions, usage of chemicals and supplies.

Prepares monthly activity reports. 
在贵宾入住前，检查所有贵宾的房间
Checks all VIP rooms prior to check in. 
定期检查房间和公区，确定始终维持清洁标准。
Conducts regular inspections of rooms and public areas, ensuring standards of cleanliness is maintained at all times. 
协助布草、瓷器和玻璃器皿的盘点，并向客房部经理/副经理汇报。
Assists in conducting inventory of linen, chinaware, and glassware and reports to Assistant Housekeeping Manager/ Housekeeping Manager. 
协助和维护机器维修报告和记录
Coordinates and maintains machine maintenance reports and records. 
向客房部经理/副经理报告客房和酒店区域的情况，确保正确和一致的维护
Reports to Housekeeping Manager/ Assistant Housekeeping Manager on the conditions of guest rooms and hotel area to ensure appropriate and consistent maintenance. 
和餐饮部密切合作，确保迷你酒吧系统的正确维护，且所有员工根据政策和程序更新消耗和补给。
Works closely with Food & Beverage to ensure that the Mini Bar system is properly maintained and all associates follow closely with the Policies & Procedures of updating consumption and replenishment.
