Establish rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship and handle all guest complaints, requests and enquiries on Fitness Centre services, whilst following up with prompt feedback.

Personally verify that all guests are receiving the best possible service in line with hotel standards.
确保在相关楼层有高的曝光度。
Ensure has high visibility and on the floor of the facility throughout the day.
确保及时了解当前的促销、政策改动和通知。
Awareness of all current promotions, policy changes and memorandums.
确保健身中心所有员工了解酒店餐厅、部门构架和竞争对手。
Ensure through knowledge of all hotel outlets, departments and competitors by all Fitness Centre associates.
确保及时更新客户资料。
Ensure guest history is updated at all times.
实施客户认可计划并维护相关客户数据。
Implementing guest recognition programme and maintain a relevant guest database.
确保健身中心员工准时进行服务并避免不必要的延误。
Ensure Fitness Centre associates maintains timing in relation to treatments to avoid any unnecessary delays.
确保为其他员工及访客提供专业、礼貌和关爱的服务。
Provides the appropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to other associates (internal customers) and other visitors to the division.
