Arranges and makes high quality flower arrangements that meet Hyatt brand standards.

Strictly adheres to the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies and inventoried items.
在副理的督导下，每月进行运营设备及营业用品盘点。
Under the supervision of the Assistant Manager, carries out monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
检查并确保花房所有鲜花新鲜并优质。
Checks and ensures all flowers used in Flower Shop are fresh and in excellent quality.

Prepare adequate supplies for flower sales in the Flower Shop.
通过挑选花并对花进行恰当的组合来减少成本，最大限度地增加花房收入，同时确保品牌标准。
Maximise the Flower Shop’s revenue by selecting and using the right combination of flowers to reduce cost without compromising the brand standards.
通过花房副理提交鲜花和其他运营用品请购单。
Submits requisitions through the Assistant Manager for flower and other operation supplies.
完全了解酒店提供的所有服务。
Has a thorough understanding of all the services offered by the Hotel.
报告丢失和损坏的酒店财物。
Reports and handles all Lost & Found items as per Hotel “Lost and Found” policy.
保持花房销售的正确记录。
Maintain proper records of flower’s sales.
阅读所有有关花房的通知。
Read all memos concerning Flower Shop.
确保严格遵守财务部关于现金处理的政策和程序。
Strictly adheres to the Policies and Procedures established by the Finance with regards to handling of cash.
