1.  根据凯悦标准，为客人提供顺畅、高效的服务。
Provides fluent and efficient service in accordance with Hyatt standard.
2.  为客人推荐服务，回应客人关于餐饮的要求并提供建议。
Gives recommendation on service and responds guest Food and Beverage request as well as provides suggestion.
3.  根据顺序和程序为客人点单并服务食物和饮料。
Takes food and beverage order to customers according to subsequence and procedures.
4.  全面了解MICROS系统。
Is familiar with all sides of Micros
5.  努力使客人满意，并使客人经常光顾餐厅。
Makes effort to satisfy our customers and makes them repeat to dine in the restaurant.
6.  及时为客人点单及服务。
Takes order and serves to customers in time
7.  掌握菜单和酒单知识。
Has thorough knowledge of menus and wine list.
8.  推销酒水以增加收入。
Up sell beverage to increases revenue.
9.  向领班/副理报告任何困难或问题，以便找到解决方法或进行下一步行动。
Reports any difficulties and problems to Team leader / Assistant Manager to find out solutions or take next action.
10. 保持所有设备和客人需求是同等的。
Maintain equality to both all equipment and customer requests.
11.  确保根据要求及运作需要摆台。
Sets up tables in accordance to the request and operational requirement.
12.  清洁并整理柜台及桌子。
Cleans and tides up counter and table.
13.  根据要求准备和服务鸡尾酒。
Prepares and serves cocktail according to request.
14.  在做特别促销或特殊情况下, 根据主题对餐厅进行布置/装饰。
Furnishes and decorates restaurants according to the theme on the special promotion and status.
15.  确保所有酒水适温存放。
Ensures that all beverages are under the appropriate temperature.
16.  确保所有玻璃杯清洁光亮。
Ensures that all glasses are shining and clean.
17.  协助酒吧储藏存货并正确记录。
Assists to store the stock and takes record.
18.  提交酒吧需要补充的酒水。
Submits all complementary beverages.
