【职位描述】
1.	按要求出席会议并对会议作出贡献。
Attend and contribute to all Meetings as required.
2.	熟悉并使用酒店内的闭路监控和门禁系统。
Is conversant in the monitoring and managing the CCTV system & electronic door lock system.
3.	理解并严格遵守员工手册关于酒店防火、食品卫生的规章制度。
Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.
4.	持礼貌态度，有效妥善地解决所有住店客人和内部客人的投诉和要求，已确保问题达到满意地解决。
Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
5.	客人和员工之间保持一种良好的合作关系。
Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
6.	确保个人言语和仪表的高标准要求。
Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
7.	根据酒店内部、公司和行业内部传达的精神随时改进保安部的工作职能。
Respond to changes in the Security function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
8.	按要求出席培训和会议。
Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.
9.	时刻做好操练并表现出酒店和凯悦国际的形象。
Exercise responsible behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel and Hyatt International.
10.	根据酒店、行业和公司的指引，回应需求、改变，执行任何合理的任务及额外职责。
Respond to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the hotel, industry & company.
