工作描述 Job Description：
1. 监管所有设备的正常运行，保证酒店所有系统如电、水、排水、空调、蒸汽等不断地正常运作。
Supervises the overall maintenance function of the property, and ensure safe and continuous operation of all system in the hotel at all time, i. e. power, water, sewerage, air conditioning, steam, etc.
2. 确保部门员工提供高效、连贯并且有礼貌的服务，同时符合部门操作守则所规定的标准。
Ensures services provided by the department are always available and are always carried out to define Standard with the utmost efficiency, consistency and courtesy as detailed in the Department Operations Manual.
3. 在发生任何异常情况时，要立刻向工程部副总监报告。如副总监不在，则向工程部总监汇报。
Immediately reports and discrepancies to the Assistant Director of Engineering, or in the absence of Assistant Chief Engineer, to the Director of Engineering.
4. 准备详细的年度维护计划和每个项目对应的定期维护要求。
Prepares detail annual maintenance plan and periodic maintenance requirements for each respective item of those.

任职资格 Qualification:
1. 年龄要求：25 – 50岁。
Age requirement：25 – 50 years old.
2. 文化程度：中专及以上。
Education background: technical secondary school or above.
3. 技能要求：具有丰富的电气、空调、锅炉、机械及管道等方面的专业知识；计算机能力良好。
Technical ability：Outstanding specialized knowledge of electric， air conditioning， boiler， mechanical, etc, good computer capacity.
4. 工作经验：2年以上同岗位工作经验。（国际联号工作经验优先）
Work experience：2 year similar position working experience.（work experience in international chain hotel as priority） 
5. 有强烈的上进心、责任感与团队合作精神。
Strong aspiration，sense of responsibility and team spirit.
