工作描述Job Description:
1. 熟悉并能正确处理各种不同的布草。
Knowledge and correct handing of the different types of linen.
2.  确保正确使用设备和化学剂。
Ensure proper use of equipment and chemicals.
3. 立即向洗衣房主管汇报有关设备故障的问题。
Report any faults of equipment to the Laundry team leader immediately.
4. 细心处理客人衣物，尽量避免损坏、缩水、丢失纽扣等。
Handle quest items with utmost care, to avoid damages, shrinkage lost buttons etc.
5. 用友好的、有效的态度回答客人电话，处理客人要求。
Answer guest calls and handle guest requests in a friendly, efficient manner.
6. 在有要求时收集客人衣物，确保准确记录客人房号。洗衣前后检查所有项目并记录损坏、褪色等，对自己不熟悉的衣料不能擅自处理。
Collect guest laundry when requested, ensuring correct room-number is noted. Inspect all
Items and note any damages, discolor etc before and after cleaning. Report to the Team leader if you don't know the material of the clothes

任职资格Qualification:
1. 身体素质好，吃苦耐劳。
Good Physical constitution，hard – working.
2. 有相关工作经验优先。
Give priority to related position working experience.
