工作描述Job Description:
1. 与既有的客户和潜在的客户及合作伙伴保持密切的联系。
Identifies and handles sales leads effectively and efficiently.
2. 对竞争对手进行密集的调查,对其酒店产品知识有这透彻的了解。
Conducts extensive competitor researches and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the Hotel.
3. 系统而有效地拜访现有的和潜在的范围之内的客户,把所得的发现和机会整合成报表并上交给销售部总监。
Ensures systematically and efficiently calls on allocated Accounts within location and reports findings and opportunities to the Director of Sales.
4. 预先调查并设定主要目标,利用Envision 数据库制定适合而有效的销售策略,从而扩大酒店的市场份额。
Pre-qualifies and targets prospects, utilizing Fidelio/Delphi database and develops appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share.
5. 根据年度市场营销计划上标明的个人负责区域来执行销售活动计划。
Implements all sales action plans related to responsibility areas as outlined in the Marketing plan.
6. 完成每月和年度个人目标、公司客户房晚数和客房收入指标。
Achieves the monthly and annual personal target and the corporate segment target room night production and room revenue.
任职资格Qualification:
1. 文化程度:大专及以上。
Education background: junior college or above.
2. 语言要求:普通话 – 发音标准;有英语读写能力及阅读能力。
Language:Good Mandarin pronunciation,Good English literacy and reading.
3. 技能要求:具有丰富的销售技巧和技能;计算机能力良好。
Technical ability:Outstanding sales technique and salesmanship , good computer capacity.
4. 工作经验:2年以上同岗位工作经验。(国际联号工作经验优先)
Work experience:2-year similar position working experience.(work experience in international chain hotel as priority)
5. 熟悉合肥销售市场,敏锐的市场洞察力和分析能力。
Know well the sales market in Hefei, keen insight into market and analytical ability.
6. 优秀的语言表达能力和沟通能力。
Excellent language competence and ability to communicate.
