Position Overview 岗位概述：
Take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve beverages and food orders, courteously and 
Efficiently. Collect payments. Assist in the maintenance of the operation area and equipment.
能高效礼貌的为客人进行点单，并为其服务所点的食物与饮品，买单。协助营业场所设施设备的维护保养。

The Role 岗位职责：
Maintain complete knowledge of boulangerie layout, operation hours.
完全掌握面包房的布局与营业时间

Knowledge on all products and services sold. 
熟悉面包房的服务和产品知识

Complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. 
正确掌握所有设施设备的使用方法与维护保养

Comply with all departmental policies/service procedures.
了解所有部门的规章制度和服务流程

Complete opening & closing side duties as assigned.
完成当班工作职责

Organize assigned station and ensure readiness prior to guest arrival.
在客人到达之前，工作台应提前做好准备工作

Review daily specials, sold out items throughout the shift.
知晓每日特选和售罄的产品

Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
提前预知客人的需求，及时应答所有客人

Be familiar with all services, local attractions to respond to guest inquiries.
熟知我们提供的各种服务项目，当地特色信息，以便客人咨询

Complete all closing reports as assigned and leave duty after reporting to supervisor.
完成当日结束工作，报告主管下班
