2.对中餐厅经营指标、客户满意度负责;
3.检查并指导所辖区域的日常营运,检查区域人员服务态度、服务流程和服务质量达到企业和部门目标,打造中餐厅服务品牌
4.按照客户接待需求和标准制定相应的接待方案;
5.接待结束后组织复盘,及时反映接待工作中出现的问题和情况,提出改善意见或建议;
6.探访宾客,征求客人和员工意见。负责处理所辖营业区域重大客务及内部投诉。
