【岗位职责】
1、协助西厨房厨师长管理日常厨房运营，确保菜品出品质量符合酒店标准；
2、监督并指导西餐厨师团队的工作，包括食材准备、烹饪流程及摆盘规范；
3、负责西餐菜单的研发与更新，结合季节性和市场需求调整菜品；
4、控制厨房成本，优化食材采购、库存管理及损耗控制；
5、确保厨房卫生、安全及设备维护符合酒店及行业标准；
6、协调与其他部门的沟通，确保宴会、自助餐等活动的顺利执行；
7、培训新员工，提升团队专业技能及服务意识。
【岗位要求】
1、具备扎实的西餐烹饪技能及专业知识，熟悉各类西餐菜系制作流程；
2、有较强的团队管理能力，能有效协调厨房人员分工与合作；
3、具备成本控制意识，熟悉食材采购、库存管理及厨房运营流程；
4、注重细节，对菜品质量、卫生及安全有高标准要求；
5、能适应高强度工作及灵活排班，包括周末及节假日；
6、有星级酒店或高端西餐厅工作经验者优先。
