1.       Implements all sales action plans related to therespective market (by segment and                         geographical  locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.

2.       Actively participates in achieving the departmentalgoals which contribute to the marketing budget.

3.       Closely monitors accounts revenue and businessproduction for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. accounts.
紧密的跟进所负责的客户的收入产量，以及与公司商务、散客、会务相关的生意。
4.       Maximises up-selling opportunities whenever possible.

5.       Assists the Senior Sales Manager and DOS in the forecastingof rooms’ revenue and ATR for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / LSG (Long StayingGuests) groups. Responsible to assist the catering department to complete thecatering budget.
协助高级销售经理和销售总监预测未来房间的收入和公司/散客/会议/长住客/的平均房价。有义务协助餐饮部完成餐饮预算。
6.       Attends major travel functions and promotional events(i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other facilitiesand services) for the hotel.
参与主要的旅行社和会议的活动并促进酒店销售(房间，宴会，餐饮，服务以及其他设施)。
7.       Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of SeniorSales Manager, Director of Sales or Director of Business Development to majormarket areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. Reports tothe Senior Sales Manager / Director of Sales on potential markets needingcoverage.
在高级销售经理，销售总监或业务发展总监的直接批准下对主要市场的地区制定销售拜访计划，对一些特别地区的市场进行电话销售，向高级销售经理或销售总监汇报潜在市场客户的需求范围。
8.       Get known all information of competitors, such asrate, top accounts and production, room, F&B and events, and report to DOSregularly.
了解并熟悉竞争对手的所有产品信息，包括公司协议价、主要客户及其产量、酒店客房、餐饮、会务等，并定期向销售总监汇报。
9.       Work together and close communication with BanquetSales Team to keeps updated with client relationships and overall businessgoals through regular entertainment and some activation.
与宴会销售紧密沟通并协同工作，通过定期的酒店招待、宴请及举办主题活动来全面地保持好客户关系。
10.   To meet and welcome some top key accounts, grouporganizer and VIP guests upon check-in.
在主要客户、团队负责人及贵宾到店时欢迎其光临或入住酒店。
11.   Take responsibility to conduct hotel inspection forall walk in, meeting group and contracted clients and plan next step for futurefollow .
负责所有散客、团队以及协议客户参观酒店并制定后期跟进计划。
12.   Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel inmajor market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax, and writtencommunications.
通过销售拜访.电话销售. 传真.通信方式为酒店主要市场保持一个高水准的位置。
13.   To negotiate with accounts on banquet, outsidecatering events and coordinate with Banquet Department and follow-up revisions.
与客户洽谈所有相关宴会、会议、餐饮、户外活动等，并签定协议。与宴会销售人员配合跟进具体在店活动。
14.   Develops increased room nights as well as Banquet& F&B revenue.
拓展增加住房产量，并同时增加宴会及餐饮收入。
15.   Maintains close communication with the Banquet SalesTeam in the negotiation process of their accounts.   
在与客户沟通及谈判过程中，保持与宴会销售人员的及时沟通。
16.  The managementreserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at anypoint of time during her / his employment.
