Essential Duties and Responsibilities–(KeyActivities of the role)

·        Producesthe Annual Revenue Plan in conjunction with Executive Committee, Sales andMarketing Budgets and forecasts

与行政委员会一起制订年度收益计划,制定市场销售预算和预测。

 

·        Produces,implements and monitors action plans to ensure Revenue Plan objectives areachieved

制订、实施和监测工作计划,以确保收益计划的目标得以实现

 

·        Analysescurrent and potential markets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintainand increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate

·        Procuresnew and repeat business for the hotel by monitoring contact with airlines,travel agencies, commercial houses, private clubs and professional associationswithin local, domestic UKand international markets. Maintains contact with planners, corporate accounts,incentive buyers, airlines and wholesalers, through personal sales calls,telephone contacts and written communications

·        Creates andimplements special programmes to achieve greater productivity through:

·        Manages key accounts

·        Overseesthe selling and servicing of group business

·        Co-ordinatesthe development of all promotional material

·        Providesdirection on and conducts market research

·        Monitorscompetitor activities

·        Maintainsclose liaison with Regional/ Corporate Sales teams and those of other IHGhotels to ensure the hotel receives proper corporate consideration, directionand support

·        Ensures thehotel is represented as an active member of the local community throughassociation membership

·        Coordinatessales and promotes business for other InterContinental Hotels within theregion. Interacts with worldwide regional sales offices with particularattention to local office

·        Plans andexecutes sales trips to major market areas

·        Attendsmajor travel functions to promote sales for the hotel

·        Directs allsales activities for Sales Managers to ensure they meet the goals of theRevenue Plan

为销售经理指导各种销售活动,以确保实现收益计划的目标

 

·        Conductsweekly reviews of sales personnel activity to ensure targets and salesobjectives are being met

每周检查销售人员工作,以确保销售计划得以实现

 

·        Producesmonthly Sales reports and forecasts

制作每月销售报告及预测

 

·        Meets withguests from major producers/organizers of big events staying in the hotel toensure customer satisfaction

会见在酒店下榻的大型活动组织者的客户,以保证客户的满意度

 

·        Establishesand continuously updates mailing lists

建立邮寄名单并进行更新

 

·        Organizesand attends major sales/PR related functions within the hotel

在酒店内组织和参加大型与销售和公关相关的活动

 

·        Works withHuman Resources on manpower planning and management needs

和人力资源部一起进行人力规划和管理需求。

 

·        Works withDirector of Finance in the preparation and management of the Department’sbudget

和财务总监一起编制和管理部门预算。
