工作职责：
1.开发并维持与媒体及其工作人员的积极联系，评估所有媒体要约和宣传。
2.协助确保所有酒店广告和宣传材料（本地餐饮和招聘等）符合凯悦国际品牌标准。
3.协助撰写新闻稿。
4.协助安排媒体访问及采访。
5.维持并更新酒店图片库。
6.与政府部门、商业机构、各种团体等发展良好关系，协助开发项目合作的机会。
7.代表酒店参加高端商务社交活动。
8.协助公关部经理，确保酒店市场传讯活动与公司营销策略一致，对酒店活动予以适当执行。

Job Description
1.Develops and
maintains active contacts with the press and key media people, and evaluates
all media solicitations and exposures.
2.Assists in
ensuring all hotel advertising and collateral (local Food and Beverage,
recruitment, etc.) comply with Hyatt International’s brand standards.
3.Assists in
writing press releases.
4.Assist in
preparation for media visits and interviews.
5.Maintains and
updates the hotel’s photo library.
6.Develops good
contacts with government, businesses associations and communities, etc. and
supports in developing cooperation opportunities.
7.Attends business
social events representing the hotel. 
8.Assists the
Public Relations Manager to ensure that the Marketing Communications activities
are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy, and the Hotel Actions have
been implemented where appropriate.
