· Assist the pastry chef in the day-to-day operation of the pastry kitchen and to help maintain a highStandard of food presentation and quality of product.
· 协助西点厨师长管理西饼房常运作,保证食物和产品的高质量。
· Prepares food for guests and associates efficiently and economically.

· Ensures pastry kitchen hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the pastry kitchen including storage, cool rooms, Freezers, dry stores.
· 保证包括仓库、冷房、冷冻室、干净、整洁并做到卫生标准
· Support the pastry chef in the overall smooth operation of the pastry kitchen ensuring prompt service at all times.

· Participates in training and developing associates.

· Works in all areas of food preparation as and when directed.

· Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers

· Provides direction to the Kitchen helpers, including commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards

· Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information

· Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
