岗位职责
1、领导、管理、分配和落实日常工作，保证所有工作都能及时、专业和高效完成。

2、掌握小组的各项工作，进行当班巡查以及按照工作检查表巡查各系统和机电设备运行情况。及时发现不正常的运行情况并采取补救措施。将发现的问题汇报给副经理和工程总监。

3、安排好预防性维修计划及巡查工作，严把质量关。

4、掌握供电设备运行和照明情况，制定节电措施。
5、有对强电、电梯等设备的维修、维护、保养的工作经验。
6、合理调配好供电、电梯的运行及安排好电修值班，在保证服务水准的前提下，尽力节能。
7、对酒店的各种大型活动，如新闻发布会等大型会议，要提前进入工作场所，确保弱电系统不发生差错

8、在紧急情况下执行酒店紧急情况处理程序。

岗位要求
1.中技以上文化程度，2年以上同岗位工作经验，有相关专业操作证。

2.对电视系统、电话通讯系统、保安系统、音响系统等弱电熟悉，常见故障排查有经验。

3.熟悉强电系统运行维护管理工作，有较强的理论知识和动手能力。
4.能够检查和指导本专业员工做好各项工作，有相关管理经验。
5.精通电气专业，熟悉与电气相关的其他专业，能够阅览工程图纸。
