岗位职责

1、协助制定合理的酒店在线营销预算，保证投入效果最优化（在线推广及电子商务），与第三方/供应商保持良好健康的合作关系

2、根据集团政策标准维护并更新酒店在线渠道表现

3、负责所有第三方预定平台的信息准确及评论回复；

4、负责微信商城的管理。

5、统计用户群在线消费行为习惯，酒店产品在官网及在线营销渠道的销售状况，将数据统计并分类提交与在线分销经理进行分析，便于及时调整在线渠道的销售产品类型，数量及价格等

6、确保酒店的最新资讯第一时间发布在酒店各在线渠道 (例如官方微信，微博等）

7、在部门经理的指导下，通过与本地/全国/全球符合酒店品牌定位与集团标准的在线第三方渠道合作，提升在线营销表现与酒店官方社交平台粉丝数量

岗位要求

1. 管理、市场营销、公共关系专业等专科以上学历，至少1年以上同行业同等职位经验；

2. 受过系统渠道分销、OTA系统操作、线上线下关系维护、客服管理的培训；

3. 能及时感知并应对市场变化，具备出色的计划、组织、协调和实施能力；了解并能够创作符合在线渠道特性的酒店相关信息

4. 具备优秀的统计分析能力、逻辑思维能力、市场洞察力、沟通能力、决策能力；

5. 具备处理各类复杂问题的应变能力和高度的工作责任感；

6. 形象气质佳，思维敏捷、观念前瞻、行事严谨，良好的自我提升能力和环境适应能力。
