1. 协助治安主管监督班组各方面工作的顺利开展。
2. 熟悉酒店的运作程序、酒店规章制度及员工守则。
3. 协助治安主管妥善处理各类事件，遇重大案件须迅速赶到现场，保护现场，控制现场的事态并及时汇报。
4. 熟悉酒店的结构、消防设施及各种紧急程序。
5. 酒店大型会议、宴会期间，注意疏导、指引客人，尽力给客人提供方便，提供优质服务。
6. 大堂内发生纠纷时，应注意迅速把客人请至偏僻处或办公室，减少对其它客人的影响。
7. 大堂值班经理处理纠纷时，应注意协助并保护值班经理的安全。
8. 注意前台办手续的客人物品的安全，尤其是客人退房高峰期。
9. 对大堂内客人的大声喧哗、衣冠不整、穿脱鞋、靠墙柱、蹬在地上或在大堂中打闹、奔跑的小孩等不雅行为进行礼貌劝阻，维护大堂的高雅气氛。
10. 注意发现可疑人员，并随时通知监控中心监控、跟进，且不要使其它客人感到反感。
11. 在大堂正门口礼宾部人员紧缺或较忙时，及外围车流高峰期间，及时做好补位工作。
12.不断巡视大堂各区域、楼层，确保无异常。
13.注意大堂各设备设施的完好及运转情况，熟悉酒店消防设备的位置(消防栓、灭火器等)，以便在火警时最快找到合适的器材。
14. 做好值班记录，并做好交接班工作。完成上级交给的其它任务。
