岗位职责
1.认真执行总经理的指示，主持保安部日常工作。
2.组织全体保安员高质量地完成酒店的安全保卫工作，确保酒店人、财、物的安全。
3.制定安全管理制度，消防预案，突发事件应急预案。
4.开展“防火、防盗、防破坏、防爆、防突发事件”的“五防”安全教育、法制教育。
5.发现消除安全隐患，指挥重大活动的现场安全工作。
6.保障员工和宾客的生命安全，注重对酒店经营部位和要害部位的安全管理
岗位要求
1.懂得有关安全保卫侦破消防等职务知识。
2.具有8年以上酒店安全部工作经验或部队转业干部。
3.掌握一定外语水平，精力充沛，能连续工作，头脑清醒，办事敏捷，具有语言组织能力，善表达。
4.接受过酒店保安培训，有一定的管理经验.
