Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
Conducts field coaching regularly to ensure that all standards of service are followed by all Associates and provide constructive feedback to the department heads concerned as well as the Learning Department to ensure corrective training is initiated.
Ensures refresh training of brand standard is conducted in the respective departments.
Consolidates and implement the key action items as a result of the Customer Audit.

Develops comprehensive Training Plan of all training activities for the year and reviews the plan Quarterly with Learning Manager and related Department Heads.
Responsible for Food & Beverage Orientation and develop related training materials.
Ensure on-the-job training is conducted for new Food & Beverage associates by related Departmental Service Coach.
Evaluates departmental training and give feedback promptly.
Works closely with all Departmental Service Coach to focus on improving associates’ skills and knowledge.
Conducts monthly Departmental Service Coach meetings and activities.
Works closely with all Departmental Heads and Service Coaches to maintain any training records on Database as well as proper maintenance of all training documentation and materials.

Ensure that every 25th of each month, all Departmental Service Coaches submit the following month’s Training Plan signed by the manager. Service Coach must collect and file all signed hard copies; while the soft copy must be saved in Public-training folder.

Ensure that every 5th of each month, Managers or Departmental Service Coaches submit consolidated previous month’s Total Training Hours and Number of Associates Trained report in Public-training folder. Service Coach must collect all signed hard copies.
Ensure all Departmental Service Coach attend Skills training.
Co-ordinates the inter-department cross training initiatives within Food & Beverage Division.
