【岗位职责】
1、负责员工日常招聘工作，建立用工渠道及人才储备库；
2、负责办理员工的入职、离职手续 及人事变动的审核工作；
3、合理调配酒店的人力资源并提出有效的建议和意见；
4、负责各部门人员编制的审核和日常酒店员工考勤管理工作；
5、负责员工人事档案的管理,及对外公文之草拟和处理。
6、协助建立酒店人事管理相关制度政策的编写。
7、负责各种人事政策的具体实施及检查、监督工作
8、做好员工后勤（员工餐厅、宿舍管理、员工活动举行）
【岗位要求】
1、大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验3年以上。
2、熟悉国家劳动法律法规、人力资源法规和条例；
3、熟悉员工的规律、特点和岗位培训工作程序，；
4、了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求；
5、善于与人沟通，具有良好的资源整合和协调能力；
6、团队精神好，熟练使用各类软件使用； 7、具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。 8、中共党员优先考虑。
