主要工作内容：
1.做好酒店各领域和关键环节的监督督导工作，确保各项规章制度的落实。
2.处理本单位及上级纪委交办的问题线索、控告信访举报事项。
3.采取多种形式协助酒店支部开展党风廉政工作。
4.负责纪检监察相关材料的收集、整理和归档工作。
5.完成上级纪检监察机关和领导交办的其他工作。
能力要求：
遵纪守法，秉公办事，中共党员。具备一定的问题线索处置能力，熟悉相关法律法规和政策。熟练掌握常用办公软件使用技能，具备良好的沟通技巧、语言表达能力和组织协调能力，同时具有公文写作能力。
